Compact & Declaration Documents

The completed original documents need to be posted to the republic State of Texas Secretary of State to be recorded and filed. Cost for filing is $16.00 for first page, $1.00 for each additional page (ex. 6 pages equals $21.00). The originals will then be returned with a filing number affixed to the documents. Post the documents with a stamped return envelope to:
